Rhubarb & Custard (Radio Bakery)

Rhubarb, a new love in my life 🩷 i haven’t had this pastry since last spring and it reminded me of warm weather and park hangs. The vanilla custard is the perfect amount of creamy n sweetness & a nice complement to the lil tartness of the campari-poached rhubarb.

One day I’ll venture to bake something with rhubarb myself but for now I’ll continue to indulge in Radio’s.
