Sweet Pea, Mint & Feta Sandwich (Radio Bakery)

Inspired by my recent sandwich edit, I decided carry on my streak and walk to Radio Bakery for their sweet pea, mint, & feta sandwich. Loved the smashed peas and the generosity of feta & lime. Mint was a nice kick that I didn’t expect (yes… even though it’s in the name). Fresh, tangy, and perfect focaccia chew. Sweet spring… sweet peas!🫛🫛🫛
